OH NO.

all I want for Christmas is to fly to LA to see this awesome woman.

today's workout at the studio - kickboxing

we started at 9pm

- attacks with a short bamboo stick 4 combos, 20 reps each combo
-400 shadow uppercuts
-200 lunge+back raise combo
-200 "croco" kicks with the punching bag ( more like bag of cement )
-100 jab+cross with the punching bag

ended close to 1 am!

the boys had to do some other crazy workouts. there was only 7 of us in Nizam's private class but the sweat produced was like a class of 20. puddles everywhere. YEURGHK.

Then I whacked pan mee. ah, bliss.


rockclimbing and 4 more hours of kickboxing tomorrow! cant wait!
