I did bodypump and bodyjam today. Gosh, bodypump was torture, and it normally isnt! Same goes for bodyjam. Sigh, where the hell has my fitness gone to? 1 month of being MIA from the gym and its all gone? This is not funny. no no no no aaaaaa. I cant imagine doing my bodybalance and yoga classes, God knows my flexibility has probably run amok too. shite
I need a mars bar. I MEAN A CELERY STICK. FFFUUUU
